Savoring Rasmalai: The Sweet Delight of Indian Desserts

procrastinating. Start enjoying and celebrating small events of life like
a dessert after dinner. Well, dessert is something value-addition to our
meal 😂. Such simple but most loved dessert would be
Rasmalai. It is that Bengali sweet which if you ate it once then it will make
you crave for it every single day. Rasmalai looks like Pearls floating in the
sea of milk which melts our heart. Bhallo achhi ...
After
the lunch dinner or in diwali,

is better than the Rasmalai
Preparation: - Procedure of Rasmalai is too simple. Majorly
required ingredients are: -
1. Milk
2. Lemon
3. Sugar
4. Cardamom (Elaichi)
Process:
Ø
- Make the cottage cheese (Paneer) by
squeezing lemon juice in boiling milk.
- Let it be cool, once done takeout paneer
& wash it with water and dry it completely it.
- Mash it for 5-6 minutes to make a smooth
dough.
- Now, make small balls of paneer dough
& flatten them.
- Simultaneously, boil the milk in pan
& add required sugar in it.
- Add those paneer balls in boiling milk
& let it cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, once it is cooled then add
cardamom and saffron for garnishing & enhancing its taste.
Tip- Rasmalai tastes best when served chilled
& one can add Pistachios on it.
